Are Lobster Claw Clasps Good?

Lobster Claw and Spring Ring Clasps are great all around clasps to use because they fit with most any design and budget. They are versatile and easy to use. When most people think of clasps, spring rings and lobsters generally come to mind first. There are normally two types of lobster clasp, differentiated by their materia, one is metal lobster clasp, another is Plastic Lobster Clasp.

The metal material lobster hook is more durable, also the color is more glossy. It also have different shape available, most common is C shape and lobster clasp, both are beautiful and popular.

Normally they are used for Keychain accessories, but its cost is higher than the plastic one.

For Plastic lobster clasp, it's made by POM material, a lot of colors in stock, more colors can be made as Pantone color number as well. It's not so durable as metal material one, but their cost is very cheap, normally used as decoration on Lanyards or some clothes, which is not commonly used, just as a decoration usage.

There are two common size for plastic lobster clasp, 2.5cm or 3.5cm, bother are very light and easy to carry.
